As this is still currently fresh in my mind as i've only finished it last night, i definitely have to blog about it. I've previously talked about Divergent here and i was blown away at the story line and flew pass Insurgent and landed onto Allegiant in no time. If you have not read the Divergent trilogy, please do! This roller coaster ride should not be missed.

All i can say is OMG to the ending. All the while throughout the book i was having this anticipation of Tris and Tobias getting together and living happily ever after, but damn it... i can't believe she was just killed off in a blink of an eye. But come to think of it, the realisation of the trilogy came to an end in this tragic way is something out of the ordinary. There are some events which was really unexpected, like the fact that Tris took over Caleb's place to break into the laboratory and being able to fight off the death serum. Tobias took the route to convince his mother on not using violence and also that she did not take the memory serum. The highlight at the start of the story where they left Chicago and landed at the Bureau and find out that they were all part of an experiment, this part totally blown me away. Wow that was all i can say, part of me still cannot brain it sometime. 

Overall this trilogy has really twist and turn the story in many unexpected ways and the tragic ending to the love story was just really sad and painful. Veronica Roth has done a great job at throwing surprises to her readers and  keeping them wanting more *big applause*. The Divergent trilogy certainly has a place in my all-time-favourite-books-to-read list.
